That talking point is disengenuous. The pilot group isn't paying JD to represent them. United pilots, for example, didn't focus their anger on what they couldn't control. They sent their NC packing with successfull results.

That was after they brought forth one of the worst ta’s in many years. Involuntary airport res, no improvement to sub 3.5 per day vac, the list goes on and on. Apples to oranges.
It’s a bit amusing that some on here believe that all of a sudden management would somehow stop the slow roll delay tactics if we just replaced leadership. I’ll Be looking to replace leadership if they start to ta pretty much anything the company has put on the table to this point.

The cover you are running is just a cope.
If the United NC was just "collecting feathers", they would have been gone even sooner.

United was never in mediation. Any other apples to oranges statements?

It sucks but the RLA and the NMB allow this

This isn’t my first rodeo but it’s just annoying last company I was at was nowhere near this ridiculous.

My concern with MM is the lack of communication, leadership, and forward progress. The vague memos always seem to come out 3 weeks to late. way to long to wait for a memo that says essentially nothing. He has stepped in more than one pile, while failing to make any meaningful gains. All we get out of his few supporters here is "this is just the way it works" ad nauseum. Perhaps it is ,but if that is the case I personally don't see any reason to keep MM in that seat. If this is going to take another two to SIX years we should be cycling out the MEC every few years until we find an MEC that needs no defense because his words and actions speak for themselves.

We all know quality when we see it. This ain't it.

Why dont you ask MM about these? They sent out surveys and communications about increasing comms.

What else do you want to know? No progress? same thing? Under NDA?

The memos are not "vauge" what other info do you want? Let them know about it.

This is the way it works. If you want worse, look at Fedex or Allegiant(who actually has issues with corrupt chairs).

Who else would you put in the seat and what would they do differently to make this process faster and make you happy?

Our union can only do so much as we are in mediation and under the RLA.

Just wait they haven’t even pulled vac yet. That should create at least 5 feathers with the ensuing lawsuit.
