As far as another domicile this year - I doubt it. Lots of potential problems and variables already on the board for the airline and making bad press (but making money!), and if the Leap-X doesn't make scheduled delivery....
Do you know the CA/FO breakdown on that 40? I'm trying to figure if I can get the MCO base. I'm a junior FO but I'm thinking it may go senior CA and junior FO..,,

No base is going senior. Denver is and will be senior. Frontier has been a Denver based airline for 20 years. I believe the vast majority of our pilots are family planted in Denver and aren't going anywhere.

If you want Orlando, you can have it.

Here's my prediction: if the base grows to 100 crews, we'll have 20 senior crews and the rest will go junior.

Can any recent new hires say what the IOE wait times are? Is there a backlog of guys getting a few weeks off after sim is done?

I have a trip at the end of the month with a LCA that I don't care to fly and not sure on the chances of being removed.

I think the real question is how junior the CA side will go in MCO. Will senior FOs in Denver already bypassing upgrade ORD continue to bypass for MCO as well? I think most view the new base favorable to ORD, but it's not the easiest commute down there. I think most senior FOs will stay put for now until they can hold a great line, 15 relatively senior captains go to MCO, and no backfill in Denver; the relatively new FOs will have a stab at upgrade in MCO and ORD by this fall with the rapid addition of 321 airframes. If I were a very senior FO, I think twice about giving up my good schedule (especially these days) and drive to work for small raise when everything we know now suggests this company will be considerably bigger in one year. One year from now, ORD & MCO will be better developed with probably better schedules than DEN will ever see again.

Won't be any need for displacements out of Den anytime soon, I think. Can you run an upgrAde projection too ?
The most junior captain systemwide (ORD based, of course) is at 63.9% conpany seniority as of the last VSA. So, maybe that will stay that way with the new base? Or maybe, as a few posters have indicated, it will go more junior as newer hired pilots who are not very established in DEN take the upgrades. All I know is how to do the math!
