We've got almost 40 pilots already living in Florida, some in Atlanta and a bunch who either live or would live on the East Coast (no thanks!) who, I think, will bid MCO, but mostly hold DEN now.
As far as another domicile this year - I doubt it. Lots of potential problems and variables already on the board for the airline and making bad press (but making money!), and if the Leap-X doesn't make scheduled delivery....

No base is going senior. Denver is and will be senior. Frontier has been a Denver based airline for 20 years. I believe the vast majority of our pilots are family planted in Denver and aren't going anywhere.
If you want Orlando, you can have it.
Here's my prediction: if the base grows to 100 crews, we'll have 20 senior crews and the rest will go junior.

Can any recent new hires say what the IOE wait times are? Is there a backlog of guys getting a few weeks off after sim is done?
I have a trip at the end of the month with a LCA that I don't care to fly and not sure on the chances of being removed.

Good number breakdown Heis. Be fun to watch it all play out. Where did I read 60/20/20 % den/Ord/MCO? Was thAt the FAPA email? anyway if that holds true with 1000 pilots tHAT keeps Den close to status quo. Well 89% status quo if you factor only active pilots. Not bad. Won't be any need for displacements out of Den anytime soon, I think. Can you run an upgrAde projection too
?
