TSA sucks, period. And telling Pilotpip he's a fool is not a wise observation on your part Purpleanga. If I had been smarter, I would have followed Pilotpip and DB out of TSA and onto RAH. Life seems to be much better there. JMHO.

I'm not saying Pilotpip is a fool. I have no idea what their idea of QOL is. All I know is that my observation at TSA on the line was good, and that is based on working at another pro operator. Not worth getting out and doing the same thing at another regional. It's all about timing, it might have been bad when Pip was there. Yes I did get more than the handful of CAs complaining about Gojet and management every chance they got but they weren't going anywhere.

I was there until Jan of last year. From the soon to be furloughed friend I had lunch with today it sounds like it's gotten even worse. Especially if the MEC is buying billboard space across from the airport.
Trust me, it wasn't an easy decision especially after getting my notice last year that I was out of a job. After a lot of soul-searching, and a lot of discussion with friends at both TSA and CHQ I made the jump. I don't feel it's been a lateral at all. No different than going from your scum-bag 135 gig to a reputable operator who flies the same equipment for the same mission.

Well for one, Purpleanga, RAH has one thing to offer someone like me that TSA will probably never have: Aircraft that weigh more than 30,000 kilos. One way for me to convert my licenses is to get myself into a E170. Don't see many of those at TSA or GJ. Plus, I've heard life doesn't suck so hard over at RAH. JMHO.

Yes like taking the jobs of Midwest pilots. So you are willing to go there and fly the 170 in MKE while on the other hand chastising pilots that go to Gojet. That shows a lot of class.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why Scope is so important these days. Scope and a good lawyer.
