The things people are telling you is reality, you might not like that or even want to hear it but I seriously wish I had not wasted my time with jb. You only have so much time on earth to be away from home, family and events so it needs to be worth your while. You need to be paid well, you need the very best insurance, long term disability, short term disability and you deserve a nice retirement. Not asking to break the bank, just a nice package for the value that you are giving the company that's all. I think expecting certain things for your sacrifices is only fair considering the value that you are giving up and that is not happening and hence the reason you see so many complaints.

I noticed a net of 82 openings, 17 A320 and 65 E190. I'm not sure if the last few classes offset that number or not.

Yes. There was no 190 to 320 FO movement on the last few bids so several have been waiting.
