If you come here to get out of a regional and are waiting for the delta's or united's of the world to call then ok, but if you think this is the end all be all then I'm talking directly to you.

The things people are telling you is reality, you might not like that or even want to hear it but I seriously wish I had not wasted my time with jb. You only have so much time on earth to be away from home, family and events so it needs to be worth your while. You need to be paid well, you need the very best insurance, long term disability, short term disability and you deserve a nice retirement. Not asking to break the bank, just a nice package for the value that you are giving the company that's all. I think expecting certain things for your sacrifices is only fair considering the value that you are giving up and that is not happening and hence the reason you see so many complaints.
Very true. Think about it. An Airline that has ZERO work rules and works you to the FARS!

Quality of life is what the FARs afford you because the Airline offers you NOTHING more. In light of that, would it be fair to ask for industry std compensation and benefits? Absolutely.

BUYER BEWARE!

I am not a Usair or prior furlough guy but how many will go back to their old carrier? I know there a quite a few of them. Maybe someone can chime in to see where that would put movement in the future?

If you mean they'll leave to go to another airline when they hire, then that's all the more reason to consider JB an excellent place to be starting right now. A majority of JB naysayers will site the lack of potential upward movement in seniority. There will be senior JB pilots, especially FO's, who will change jobs to another company when the opportunity presents itself. JB is the only "larger" passenger carrier to be hiring and growing right now. (By the way that says something too) If I was at Republic or Pinnacle, I'd be pretty nervous. If I was at Comair, I'd be crying. I'm at JB and I'm thankful.

Yea, but they have already been through a bunch of people since they started hiring a month or two ago. Up thread there have been guys in the #30-60s being called for class dates

Another reason to come to Jetblue.

The new deductible for Emergency Room visits is $2600 minimum!

Somewhere on Jetblue ID's is the word integrity.
