PilotCrusader and Cujo were the biggest "no" voters you could find on this forum, now just two company cheerleaders with some vandeta against PSA. Don't hate the players, hate the game. On that note, this thread is making me sick to my stomach, I'm out.

Still am. The wheels are coming off the cart. It's a good time to be a pilot, and a bad time to have union reps that still think the solution is to undercut and steal from others. They need to be standing shoulder to shoulder telling managements to fix the issue and stop supporting the shuffling of planes from carrier to carrier to play chase the upgrade.

So what is it you'd like exactly? If the PSA MEC is striving to steal your pilots, do you expect the pilot group that you claim "stole" your planes to join up in a sudden show of unity and uproar against this move? I don't condone uprooting pilots from their company, but I fail to see your strategy and if no sentiment of solidarity existed within the group when they allegedly stole your planes, what good would it be to appeal to it now, or are you just ranting for public support?

They also deserve to know that unless they're coming in with sufficient experience to upgrade or close to getting it, upgrades are going to slow to replacing attrition.
Meanwhile, while your upgrades slow, Envoys will be ramping up to over 300 a year as guys flow and go elsewhere.... Giving new hires a street to AA time of less than six years according to company plans.
How many years is it for your new hires to flow?

It's not going to happen, but the PSA guys deserve to know the type of crap coming from the ones running their union.

All that said, why should anyone trust anything you have to say about another airline seeing as you have a record of creating other screen names to spread questionable information?

To your point, the supposed 20 year SSP wait is an issue, but per the LOA we're currently in negoiations to change that number. Parker himself is on record as saying it shouldn't be that long. So take a deep breath and just wait until we actually know what the new number should be.

Look, I don't think you want to get into a PSA-Envoy future prospects match. Mostly because, without personally knowing you, I have a hunch that this kind of populous propaganda is beneath you. Secondly, AAG has plans that are in place for both operators, let's not go ahead and jump to conclusions that "wheels are coming off of things". I actually agreed with the first part of your post regarding union communications to an extent, but it's time to practice what you preach - you can't talk about "standing together" than in the same breath belittle another wholly ownes career progression and general viability to further your cause or help the envoy recruiting effort or what not.

If you don't like the answer, then don't ask. It may not have been you specifically, but somebody did ask.
