Yes. Definitely one base will be opened this year, possibly two. I only say two because I think the most logical thing to do is look at where the airplanes are coming from- ie NY and Chicago. As far as the exact base this year, nobody knows for sure where.

Leading candidate is currently a BNA crew base which is also opening as a mx base here soon too. I hear they do not want to open another crew base in a hub but it will be tough to operate in and out of ORD and LGA without reserves.

Don't they already have a hub in TN? LGA, ORD would make sense given that the planes (700's) already fly out of there.

They like outstation bases, just passing the info along. Just because we have a base in TYS doesn't mean BNA wouldn't make sense. The 700s will be flying different routes when they come to PSA vs what they fly now, there will be a lot of changes to the new AA regional route structure.
