I to am working my way out of here. The pilots here have been great to fly with, but I have little to no confidence in PSA management to get things turned around here any time soon. Good luck to those that stay.

As much as I would like to blame PSA management, they're really just puppets for Parker and his posse. As a practical matter, Dion, Pedro, and whoever's running PDT these days have no authority to change anything, without the blessings of Parker. He's calling all of the shots at the wholly-owneds. He's been playing poker with his regionals since 2013,.... and he's been winning! Because ALPA let him win. But Dougie's due for a losing hand. Let's see if ALPA makes him play his hand or once again folds to his bluff.

The only person ALPA is going to play is you. 1.95% every month, like clock work. By next year it will become really enjoyable to pay that 1.95% when you watch another ALPA carrier like Mesa or Air Wisonsin start to take your planes since PSA is barely keeping up with attrition let alone hiring the 40 a month that you guys need.

They will most likely park the 200's and give air whiskey another contract extension .

I think it's far more likely that they will keep the 200s at PSA and use Envoy's 700s as leverage to try and entice Whiskey into accepting a concessionary contract.

Concessionary contracts won't pass in this current market. Wisconsin turned their TA down because is contained healthcare concessions. Their rates are good now for 50 seat aircraft and go up every year at 1.5% annually, regardless of the amendable date of their current CBA.

Yes, but circumstances change. Given a choice between possibly being shut down and having to go look for another job or starting over at another regional's first year pay and seniority, and taking a concessionary contract, you may be surprised what they do. I don't know that this will happen obviously, I'm just speculating. AAGs thirst for the cheapest feed possible in the face of what are becoming overwhelming market forces is nothing short of astounding to me. No wonder their operation is in such horrible shape and labor relations are bad all over.

Maybe AAG will force them and RAH to to recycle themselves. Something like preferential hiring into one of their WO.
