There are no plans to move away. They plan a substantial increase in widebody hours over the next 4 years. Forum hysteria is seldom fact.
One thing Delta has been doing is matching capacity to demand. That is why they are generating the large revenue premium over other airlines. In turn that is allowing them to rapidly pay down debt. When the next downturn comes the airlines with the least debt will furlough the fewest pilots.

Health insurance premiums are about $110/month for one person with a $500 deductible and $1000 max out of pocket.
CLT might take three months or after IOE. You would probably hold a line fairly quick in CLT considering the amount of reserve FOs is decreasing. My guess is 2-3 months of reserve in CLT until you're holding a line. In training and on reserve, expect 75 hours of pay a month. Once holding a line, you can expect 75-105+ hours of pay, depending on how much you want to work and can comprehend the collective bargaining agreement.

This isn't a pro psa post, just a correction. Also, I doubt that "quicker" movement will continue.

I just did this, it took me all but two minutes and the most junior pilot on the award for CLT FOs is an October 2015 hire. That is seven months total, but three months are spent in training, so figure this person has four months of line flying and they're based in CLT.
Call BS all you want, it's simple math.
7 months longevity - 3 months in training = 4 months on line the

Look at the bid awards on flica, then take the most junior pilot in CLT and look at their hire date on the seniority list. The awards on flica show up for everyone, regardless of your base and seat.

However that person will still be the most junior person on short call reserve. I don't know the date of hire for the most junior round 1 line holder in CLT, but I would guess that it is still over 1.5 year from date of hire, not the 6 months you alluded to.
Perhaps someone else can post the DOH for the junior line holder in CLT.
Also attempting to comparing the movement now to the movement of last July when the junior FO in CLT was hired is comparing apples and oranges. There have been very few new hires and almost non existent upgrades in the last 4 months. Movement is much slower now than it was last July.

Actually your original post said CLT in 3 months OR after IOE which would be 3 months from date of hire. Perhaps you misspoke and meant to meant to say 3-4 months AFTER IOE, which is 7 months from Date of Hire. That is more plausible.

Any ready the "This week at PSA" email? Notice the "reasons you love PSA didn't include flow or pay? Kinda funny how they talk all about how amazing the flow is, yet unknowingly just admitted to everyone that no one is talking or caring about it cause it's so worthless.
