Default PSA info

Current hiring/attrition matter.

2015 is ancient history at this place.

I am at the very bottom in CLT.

Just a few behind me now...there where 10.

I am a September 2015 hire.

My qol is horrible--scheduling lies and jerks me around worse than anything I have heard of or experienced in corporate and prior 121.

I have 7 to 8 days hot.

I average 30 hours a month of flying and have nearly As much deadheads.

Most duty days are very long.

Scheduling only seems to use me on the last day of a block.

I have moved backwards in base each of the last 4 months.

Just the facts.

JRMing for FO in TYS to cover CLT flying. I fooked up and answered my phone. Wasn't until I was off the call that I got the idea to say I'd had a drink. My apologies for letting them get one over on me and undermining our position. Base seniority in the teens, never thought I get one of these calls again. Rookie mistake. Bring on the flames. Text sent.

You obviously don't know that even if you answer you don't have to accept the trip

You obviously don't know that you do have to accept if you're in base and available. I've denied them in the past and the company let it go but nothing in the contract says we can.

There's nothing in the contract says you are forced to accept it if in base and available.

Slightly off-topic, but there's a 2-day trip CLT Captain trip open time that pays a whopping 1:59.

But wont it pay 14 hours if it goes to a junior man?

4 hours minimum a day, times 1.75 for a junior man?
