The flow is worth the pay cut . Your career is practically set an auto pilot knowing you have a job at a major one day .

Either way I'm going to have to make a choice very soon within the next month. I only have PSA and Envoy on the radar. I just want a company that I can call home. Also I've thought of the commute and If its 2 legs that will get old really fast.
They are considering a base at BNA? Is this still happening?

Are you seriously happy sitting back for 10 years while you wait, while everyone else is getting hired off the streets elsewhere years before you flow? Doesn't seem worth the pay cut.

That so called flow is worthless.People have left psa, went to work somewhere else for 6months or so and been hired by AA off the street. All of the other idiots are still there providing cheap lift for parker for the next 10 years, waiting on a flow that will probably go away as the staffing issues worsens.
Get your head out of your arse newbie, otherwise they will use and abuse you.
Youre actually better off at a non wholly owned.

Nobody has left and then been hired by AA off the street. After 10 years in the regionals I can say that the flow is a great insurance policy that many are under rating. Getting hired at one of the big 3 is really difficult.

Thats complete bs.I know of several people that have done it.You must be a management tool or a lying recruiter .With a statement like that you have to be.
Be honest with these new 1500 hr guys instead of feeding them nothing but lies and bs.

10 people have been hired off the street last 12 months that I know of. Now what got them in is the question.

Now anyone that says only way to aa is through the flow is a troll for management.
