To bad not to many fish are taking the bait, being that all 3 w/o's cannot hire enough just to meet attrition never mind any growth.

At envoy just so aag can help out skywest, skw was given a bunch of midday flying once envoy's just so skw can run day trips to save money from paying perdiem and hotels so skw can show a profit from there aag contract.

Yea, flow, you do know a toilet flows too?

Not that giving up the flow for anything is even on the table from AAG. They want to live and die by that thing. They have paid millions to research firms who have come up with the half ass bonuses and flow as the end all beat all going forward. IF these firms had a different suggestion or better suggestion I'm sure they would ride and die with that too.

So the company is offering critical pay for the 4th of July weekend but for some reason FLICA isn't coding it correctly. Maybe that reason is because the company is continually manipulating the grid to prevent having to pay for days that should be critical.

Critical pay at PSA is 150%, which is what many other regionals pay for regular open time. Many other regionals pay 200% for days that are deemed critical. Once again PSA management has determined that their pilots are worth less than the pilots at other airlines

Also if you decide to pick up some "critical" pay, don't forget to do the additional paperwork and then watch your paycheck like a hawk to make sure payroll didn't make an "inadvertent" mistake and underpay you.

Seems like a lot of extra work for a day that could be spent celebrating with friends and family.

Critical is 150% and a minimum of 4 hours (so 6 hours of regular pay). If you pick up a trip that has any 1 day as critical on your day off the whole trip is critical. I'm not sure if other companies will pay an entire trip at critical or just the one day.

There was a company email and union email about the glitch in FLICA.

Right. At endeavor regular open time is 150% and everyday is a 4 hour min day with no carve outs. So PSA is offering our pilots for a few days what Endeavor pilots get everyday. Also endeavor pilots don't have to do extra paperwork to get their pay and they have a competent payroll department.

So you can pretend you're an endeavor pilot for a day. Well minus the additional 18k per year they get.

Wasn't trying to sell just keep it accurate.

Yes, the fact that we have to remind them to pay us for the extra work is a joke. Hell we have to remind them to pay us correctly for our awarded lines.

Edit: Don't Endeavor pilots get $20/23k not $18k?

Edit:Edit: PDT is offer 300% pay. A fraternity brother credit 360 hours in a month at $80+ an hour. He's made more than mainline pilots for a few months now.

At which hub is this happening? I'm curious to look.

Mgmt on their knees begging for help. 200% and 300% trips. He's on the 145 so it might only be a handful of people.

Yes Endeavor gets 23k per year. PSA FOs get 10k over 2 years or 5k per year. 23-5=18k additional.

Admittedly I could have phrased my statement better.
