Wish the dudes over on the Delta page followed all of this. They're always fighting, bickering and belittling each other instead of being a united front to get a better deal. Not exactly the kind of work environment that I would want to be a part of for 30+ years. Just my thoughts though.

I'll take your word for it, as I refuse to read anything a second time that comes from the guy who sent it. Still is a 2nd year pay cut for guys, and they are already capped. Yipppeeeee!!!!

Kinda sad I could quit, and then get rehired and make more than I do now.

This "offer" is simply more "gimmickry", courtesy of AAG. It's more TEMPORARY dressing on a widening wound. FIX THE DAMNED PAYSCALES!! Enough with the bandaids!

Imagine this: The MECs (all three) say "no". Then what? Do you think that AAG will simply say, "Well alright! We're just going to keep things the way that they are and hope we can continue to attract (and retain) pilots."???? Hell no!! AAG NEEDS this deal more than WE do! THEY need to attract new pilots!!! We are simply putting in our time until we get the next call.

The point is this: We would *LIKE* more pay but they *NEED* to attract more pilots. They can (and would have) done better,..... if we would have MADE them do better.
A few short yrs ago, PSA went for a lot less..

Where were all these balls when yall undercut Envoy?

Jealous of newhires not suffering like you did is childish, you all knew you were not going to make $38+/hr first year pay. Nee guys are now & you want that new guy to suffer in pay like you. But you also want to upgrade? LOL.

DID YOU FORGET, a limited (not unlimited) pool of newbies are behind you. They will come on PSA property or go elsewhere with higher 1st yr pay and QOL. If recruiting can't off them better QOL improvements, at least now they can throw some money their way! Right? Am i wrong?

You need to "FLOW" right? Ohhh but i dont want 2nd yr pay to be the same as 3rd yr pay.... Smh... OMG pay freeze... OMG, no Mercedes Benz bonus... Bring out the butcher lets slice this offer appart cuz we got leveraged by AAG, this isnt fai. SMH. Laughable coming from PSA.

Wait yall didnt think had leverage 2yrs ago? Wanna be ballzy now? Hahaha.

Take the money, shut up, be happy, get your mind and professionalism ready for the flow to the big leagues.

GET IN REGIONALS, GET OUT.

Stop being petty. Many 2nd & 3rd yr folks @ PSA already screwed over an ENTIRE PILOT GROUP (facts) for bigger shinny jet.

I'm been observing this industry a long time. Just keeping it real.

Relax, enjoy the pay bump. Stop whinning.

Now the limited pool of newbies you need to "FLOW" is making similar pay coming in to what you make now.... OMG stop!!!! Bring out the butcher lets slice this offer appart cuz we got leverage...

Just to help you understand better, the 2nd and 3rd year guys either weren't here, or weren't eligible to vote back then, so they had nothing to do with new jets. On top of that, all the yes voters are pretty much gone now.

Second, there's no issue with guys making that much their first year. The issue is a 2 year pay cap, with new hires making more than 2+ year FOs. You shouldn't go backwards in pay for being with a company longer.

Speaking of facts, there isn't a 2nd or 3rd year guy on property who had anything to do with those "bigger shiny jet[s]" making it over here, because none of them were on property when those votes occurred.

Thanks for playing though.

weren't you the one "whinning" a few threads back that management lied to you because they promised you a DFW base but suddenly rescinded that offer?

...how amazing that you are so wise with so much wisdom to offer.

There should be another announcement in a few weeks about more airplanes. PSA is shooting to try to drop upgrade time to the point that they can hire DEC's again and try to attract pilots from the other regionals.

I think that we should have held out for more, but here is what PSA is currently offering:

- Highest first year FO pay ($500 higher than Envoy)
- Fast Upgrade (once the hiring picks up - currently less than 3 years)
- True growth with 50+ more airplanes coming
- An additional base opening soon
- Schedules that are improving (Credit per day is way up this month)
- Truly flexible schedules with the Schedule Adjustment Period
- Commuter Hotels
- Profit Sharing
- Flow increasing up to 100+/yr (once we are able to fill classes)

This is MUCH better than it was just a few months ago. It is not great, but it is certainly improving.

Wow dude, you might wanna go get some help, seriously. Youre makin me scared to even fly on the back of one these planes knowing you might be at the controls. Id just like the opportunity to have a job flying a jet like you have. I cant imagine being this mad at the world.

It has been advertised for months that we are getting more airplanes. It was rumored that we would not, only because we were not filling classes. With this new pay, we should be able to fill classes again.

Officially, we are expected to be a 150 airplane company in the next 2 years.
