The company sent out an email today about new uniform questions attached they have a document detailing what's required and how it should be worn.

My wings still don't fit on my shirt. Twin Hill doesn't have a solution. Looks like we'll all be breaking the dress code with wingless shirts.

Hi all-

Relatively outdated gouges out there. Any recent new hires/interviewees have anything current they'd be willing to share, I'd be much obliged. PM if you like..

Thanks in advance.

Nothing about this fixes any of the real issues at PSA.

Critical pay
Min day cutouts
Inefficient pairings
Hostile crew schedulers and their love of extensions
1 commutable base

It's like being sexually assaulted and then handed a candy bar. It's hard to get excited about candy when I've still got this d@#£ in my @$$

I've got 3 weeks left and then there will be another captain slot for the rest of you.

Nope. Sorry. I'm a DEC been here just over a year. I was promised a CLT base and plenty of flying. Due to inept management, a contract full of holes, and (formerly) some of the lowest pay in the industry this company has been unable to accomplish the growth they've promised. So I've been logging more DH and ready reserve time than actual pic.

Since they began hiring DECs like me (that they didn't really need) they have sat idly by watching the seniority list decrease nearly every month. Now they want to put this bandaid on the sucking chest wound to try and attract a severely depleted pool of pilots. If they had taken this step in January when we all said it needed to be done then maybe they wouldn't have had to defer the 700s and they could have actually attained the goals they said they wanted.

Now they are trying to come in a day late and many many dollars too short to try and salvage the wreck they created. I have absolutely no faith that this management will make any of the right decisions going toward to achieve the growth they claim to want.

Fire the incompetent fool that builds the schedules give us an actual min day and settle the critical time abbirtration then I'll believe they are actually concerned about the future of this airline.
