And speaking of salary, on the PSA website it touts a first year pay of $58,500. I just can't make the math work for that. They upped the pay to $38.50 so if you multiply that by 75 hours x 12 months, that comes to $34,650.00. So even assuming the $20,000 bonus (for time in type which most wouldn't have) that's still short of the $58,500. What am I missing?

You could expect getting a line soon after training, which would enable you to credit well above min guarantee. Also keep in mind that you'll get 24hr a day per diem while in training. I know you're not supposed to count that but I put most of that in my pocket.

They're not including hotel reimbursement nor per diem as part of their first year numbers. Retention bonus isn't until 2nd year.
