Not too sure in holidays. You definitely have off. They don't positive space you back home either if you choose too.
Weekends aren't necessarily off in the sim. It just depends on how they schedule it.

You're not guaranteed to have weekends off in the sim. Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and New Years day are the only guaranteed days off because the training center is closed. Sims are usually lessons 1-4 consecutively, one or two days off, lessons 5-8 consecutively, one or two days off, check ride, qualification loft. Sim 9 and 10 are available if needing extra training, but are guaranteed if you need them. 11 and 12 are a case by case basis. It is extremely rare to go more than 12 sim sessions before a check ride.

2.5 to 3 years is probably about where they'll stay hovering around. Maybe less as more aircraft start to be transferred or more 900s are possibly delivered.

If you're looking for what it is currently, it's 2 years 1 month.

Any word on when they're signing the TA? I thought they said they would by today.

New Years Day is not an off day. I think my end of course was actually on Jan 1st in DAY, and the simulators run that day (and the evening of the 31st) as well.

11.B.3

New hires "could" be scheduled on these days, but there are no instructors working so that might make things difficult.

There were guys that had IPT's on New Years Eve and New Years Morning.

Regular classes likely won't take place on those days, but IPT's and sims...maybe.

That would make first year pay $60,000.

(Note: I do not give referrals, but there are some good guys on here that will).
So then, should the person you referred, split his bonus money with you.
