How long does it usually take for a recruiter to contact you ?

The reason I ask is I had sat down to fill out the online application on PSA's website a couple of times and got interrupted with life. I lost my progress on the application a couple of times so this time when I got interrupted I hit submit thinking it would take me to the next page of the application and save my previous progress. It didn't do that though, it submitted an incomplete application. Should I just redo the whole application and resubmit or I was thinking I can just explain it to the recruiter on the phone ?

Interview Question
Studying the gouge and I feel pretty good for the interview next week. One thing I've been seeing lately is a question about the significance of 500rvr for takeoff and the considerations it should yield.

I'm new to the 121 world, and we hardly ever used RVR in my mil aircraft. Obviously 500 is super poor visibility. Aside from simply needing a takeoff alternate, are there other considerations you account for with that type of vis?

Thanks in advance!

Look at the chart on the 10-9A. They'll ask you what is required to go at 5/5/5. Either that or scenario based: The CL lights are out, can we go?

To take off with 500 rvr you will need HIRL and the centerline lights to be working per most airlines' ops specs.

It is airport and runway dependent. If the runway doesn't have HIRL's or CL's, it will be quite a bit higher than 500RVR.

If one of them is inop, then it won't be 500RVR.

Back of 10-9 has to allow it with specific equip as listed.

Your airline ops specs must allow it as well. Many 121 operators can only go 666 even though 555 listed on 10-9a

Did we just hire a second maintenance manager from AWAC?

It just seems like we have hired quite a few Air Wisconsin managers lately.
