Looking at moving to PSA from XJT and I'm interested in the Dayton base. Is that base running junior? Also, how are reserve times looking? I'm DTW based now and I've been sitting reserve for over a year with no end in sight. It's time for a change and the WOs seem to be offering the best opportunities. Thanks for the info.

Gotcha. just concerned about the interim at CVG. I doubt I'll get CLT with a wet rating. But I think its do-able after a few months.

Yes, DAY is junior. Almost guaranteed out of training. All I know is every FO I fly with seem to be holding a line within a month or two of finishing training. Don't know how much longer that will hold true though. In theory, our aircraft utilization could go way up if staffing increases . . .

I know that finding an accurate answer to this question is essentially witchcraft however does anyone know if the quick upgrades will still be a thing for someone hired in a year? I am very strongly considering PSA for the chance to live in base however I'm not sure it would be worth it to be stuck at the end of all the growth.

Total guessing game. Would depend on 700 transfers, staffing, and whether or not the 10ish 900 options become a real thing. So who knows.
