Quote: So when you say "award as the pieces fall into place", at what point do the 40 175's plus next 90 options come into place?

You seem to talk a lot of crap without knowing wth you're talking about.
Aren't you guys still scoped out of almost half of your 175 plane commitments?

Scope is from AA. So if Envoy is scoped out, guess who is also scoped out? PDT/PSA/MESA/RAH/SKYWEST/XJET/ENVOY and anyone that wants to fly large RJs for AA.

Guess it's a good thing we're getting 145's. Also, eny being scoped out has nothing to do with the PSA deliveries as they were included in the large rj count prior to the eny vote. So now it's just eny. I think the number was 40-45 can't be delivered with current AA scope.

That being said... in 2 years RAH starts to lose planes from their CPA with AA/US as do other carriers

I have to agree with this. Honestly AAG does not need envoy or PDT around. Envoy costs them tons of money and PDT more or less brakes even. Mabe if they merged them then it will be worth keeping both but not both separately. Or a big merger with PSA? I would laugh if that happens.

So you're going to answer the question like a politician because you know you're wrong? Got it. Well, for a snapshot of today's fleet you are correct.

How about this, I'll dumb it down for you. How do you expect PDT to start up a 175 program for AAG when the next 40+90 options are already spoken for?

The reason I'm giving you such a hard time is because you talk out your @$$ and stick up for the crappy choices you made which have in turn degraded the profession. Sorry if it sounds like "buzzword bingo" to you.

And this benefits you how?. Do you really expect them to fix that with an old *****y 145 50 seat jet and just let some e175 sit idle or go over to china? No lol they will just renegotiate With RAH or another carrier flying new mettle.

you guys are trading one *****y old plane for another. Get over your self.

I used to fly the dash 8. Fun airplane to fly but its time to burry the thing along with the 145 and the basta*d red headed mike fifley

Eny might cost them ton of money now. But think about this...

Eny is covering for every other regional. According to our managers, we are overstaffed, moving planes out of the desert to cover DCA, CLT and DFW flights. Also include their MIA flying that rah cannot perform.

We might cost ton of money, but with the flow they are saving about 1.5 to 2.0 millions a month. Unfortunately no airline will be able to keep the "growth" they are announcing. AAG cannot afford keep planes on the ground, AAG cannot afford losing ASPEN flying. Which BTW is only performed by Envoy CrJ700.

At the end ENY is more valuable than what the general pilot thinks.

Ok I see a few problems with this first env just announced its size will be cut in half by dec 2015. Yes for a little while they are picking up slack from rah but Mesa and sky west is already biding on that like flies on **** . And u know they are going to win that bid. A 900 can get in to aspen just fine just can't take a full load plus they still have the 757 of aa going in their. So you are not restricted by much. Envoy stood up to main line and I am proud that they did don't get me wrong but it looks to me and most others that they are dismantling them one plane at a time. And Pdt well they are just sitting on the side lines with an unsure future and dosent fit any model that well. Not their fault but it is what it is.

Over here at Mesa we are underpaid overstaffed and looking for more planes. And are in a good position for more. Not saying it's a great place to work. But am saying they and Skywest are in the best position to get more flying and planes. We are opening up three new cities this month
