Who the hell knows. Probably always has been.

Quote: You can pout and stomp your feet all you want, but your fellow pilot group could have won the lottery and instead threw the ticket away! What a bunch of fools! Shows that common sense isn't so common at F9. Then add to that you're the only place with a training contract

Your company fumbles around searching for an identity. Southwest ended up kicking you out of Denver anyway. Looks like they won!
I'm not stomping my feet. Just merely pointing out you know **** about this industry. Many a AirTran pilot will disagree with your analogy of winning the lottery. I don't give two ****s about SWA, since that's your obsession I'll point some things out for you.

Searching for identity? Really fuzz nuts? That's not what SWA CEO Gary Kelly stated last month about Frontier. In fact he stated their competition from F9 and Spirit is soaring. Hardly sounds like Frontier was kicked out of Denver. In fact quite the opposite but you keep your head buried in your rectum.

Southwest: Competition from 'ultra low-cost carriers' is soaring

Oops, also according to Forbes, SWA won't be a threat to Frontier any time soon. Their heydays over. SWA is not an LCC any longer but more akin to one of the big three without the international route structure in place, or even the capability for that matter, or any ancillary revenue streams, like first class.
Forbes will fill you in:

Forbes Welcome

Regardless, your a real class act to come on this board and ridicule anyone in the same industry.
Frontier's pilot group fought collectively to keep the doors open.
There's a new contract on the horizon.
Fortunately the interview team here does a great job weeding tools like you out.
In the meantime enjoy your future furloughs at one of those giant legacies.
Won't happen? Buwahahahahahaha
Be careful whose toes you step on today, they might be connected to the ass your kissing down the road.

Quote: Sounds like a disgruntled Frontier Pilot! Dip **** I probably get paid more flying the regional jet than you flying Airbus. Probably have more turbine time than you do. so have fun getting ripped off by management and getting paid less. You guys are the Mesa's of the Majors
Holy sour grapes, what a pitiful individual. You'd never have the balls to say that to my face or any of my coworkers. Good luck at the legacy you deserve to get hired on. Do yourself a favor and remove yourself from this thread.

All right kids, knock it off. Back to the short term variables and speculating which makes this forum WAAAY more fun:

What DOHs are holding the most Junior Relief Lines now in each base? Also, lets hear monthly upgrade predictions for next year. The Seniority List shows no movement...which kinda plays into my point that life at F9 (minus the pay) really isn't as awful as most on here would make it out to be. Aaaand, its been crickets on the line...any good schoolhouse rumors lately? Anyone heard the rumor of a major gate swap with American in ORD...and does that possibly mean additional gates for F9???

Quote: Having talked to a couple of the people who do interviews and call the candidates, I'm gonna go ahead and throw the BS flag. They can't even get people to call them back. So either, his post is total BS, or he has some issues that are disqualifying.
Mabe but it would be nice to know for sure. I exchanged numbers with some of the people that are interviewing and its a valid concern that people have been talking about. This industry is hard enough let alone having that kind of possiblity.

Absolutely. I agree 100%

Quote: Yea thats pretty weird and very unprofessional. well if it makes you feel better i haven't heard anything from them, over 2700 hours, over 2,000 turbine, 121 experience, 4 year degree and no response. I didn't know that Frontier has the same standards as a legacy with the pay scale of a regional. lol. i guess signing that training bond would not be a smart choice either. Norwegian has a way better deal.
And you think these stats are impressive? That's cute.
