Already in; I'm just curious about how it has changed. I'm wondering if its going to be a personality test on the assessment or a job knowledge test/ where reading AFNA is a must. And anyone really think they will keep the flow anyway? I'm sure DL will get what they want (summer flying) and then go away with the flow as they might possibly lose the arbitration

Online assessment consists of COG and a personality test.

If successful, you go to ATL for one day, which is HR interview, MMPI, and the Shrink interview.

Same COG from before or is it a different, “online” one?

Imagine how taking the flow away would go for 9E morale, even if DL does lose in arbitration.

Why would they take the flow away? Does the EDV TA/LOA allow a unilateral company pull down from their end? They certainly wouldn't be forced to, as its just another hiring pipeline they control anyway. Finally, even if they "took it away" (which I doubt they would do) if the actual hiring numbers from there remained substantially similar (perhaps even increased at times) then why would that harm morale anyway?

The flow up/flow down is tied to Delta having the ability to operate 35 additional 76 RJs. Should the courts decide the LOA is invalid, as it was specific to compass, Delta may have to park the additional 35 RJs- Because the flow is tied to additional scope, it could be revoked as well.

I believe there is a provision in the agreement that if the company loses arbitration on the 35 RJs then the agreement becomes invalid.

Do you ever fly with one of those people who just likes to hear themself talk and never listens to what you have to say? Apparently they like to type as well. 🙄

I honestly don’t mean to sound harsh or mean with this, truly: Not my problem. And this is not the right sub forum if you are looking for sympathy.

And if this happens to you, place your ire where it belongs, and that is not at the Delta pilots.
