Am I entitled to reroute pay for that last leg? And if so, I assume it's 50% because it's before any break in duty?
Yes, 50% as already described. In addition, if you arrived 4 hours late, you absolutely also get 23.L.9 Reroute pay. It does not have to interrupt an X-day to get that pay, just be 4 hours late on a reroute. I recently had one of these, and the 'stacked' Reroute pays were worth more than the original rotation was.

Or are you saying you didn't arrive 4 hours later than originally scheduled?

Edited for accuracy. Hanging my head in shame... Proving the thead title applies to me. LOL.

Fangs, 23.L.9. says rerouted to release > 4 hours beyond originally scheduled AND interrupt an X day or regular line day off.

Awww, crap. I suck. Disregard everything after "...as already described".

Having a brain fart on bidding in PBS for a reserve line. In my category the reserve grouping rules are 3-99-5. The minimum grouping of reserve days is 3 but I'm like 80% vertain that you can bid the end of the month to have 1 or 2 reserve days on the 31st and 30th of the month because PBS assumes the 1st of the next month will be work block. Is that correct?

Cheers,

Airfix

You’re correct, it gives you the benefit of the doubt at the end of the month because a 3 day block is still possible.

Thanks for the quick reply. Does that logic also apply at the beginning of the month whether the prior month was reserve or line?

Not 100 percent sure but I believe the ambiguity is removed when doing the beginning of the month. For example if you end the month prior on a single reserve day, you can do a block of 2 to start the next month. However you couldn’t end the month prior on X days and do less than a 3 day block start the month.
