As the negotiators said after the current contract TA came out: “Pay, no credit” is the “phrase that pays”. Anytime the “credit” column on the time card is blank, that pay is on top of/above Reaerve Guarantee.
Widgetcrew.com is an awesome website to bookmark. Copy your iCrew time card, and paste it into that website, and it does all the math for you.
Also, “H & M” is a calculator app that allows you to add/subtract and multiply hours and minutes. A worthwhile download.

I finally got a response to my pay inquiry on SCs above 6 and they not surprisingly denied it based on PWA 23.S.3.a and claim "you may be awarded but not will be awarded" and "it comes at company discretion". Funny how they didn't mention 23.S.1.f. I know it's useless to continue arguing with them and I already filed an STS but man is it frustrating!

Why is CNO okay here? I thought CS had to contact you to notify you of SC, meaning CNO doesn't count?

The PWA difference is “attempted contact” vs “notification” I believe.

These Crew Assist inquiry cases appear to be essentially worthless when pointing out when something was done or assigned in error. You can tell by the response that the person handling your case has essentially no clue about the subject matter your inquiring about. The response I got from mine just now is laughable. It's like they might not have even read what I submitted. I love the "have a nice day thanks" sign off. Can we go right to an STS or do we have to start at the crew assist level?
the knowledge they have of the PWA is based on their supervisor’s interpretations and in cases where it differs from ALPA it’s more than likely been mentioned to the higher ups but good luck getting them to disseminate this. Part 2, these answers to the pilots come from the same pool of folks that respond to the ALPA committee tasked with disputing via STS.

I don’t mean to rain on your parade of thinking the Crew Assist folks don’t know but here it goes:

Yea I dropped them both in at the same time, just didn't know if a c-assist inquiry had to come back denied for it to be able to move up the food chain.
