You aren’t eligible since you still have a recovery obligation. Once that 6 hour window passes if you don’t get used then you’ll be free to GS for a report as soon as 10 hours after the end of the call period

Just for anyone lurking, when a NOOP happens, realize 23K is just a scheduling pay code.

To determine if you actually have a recovery obligation, best practice is to check your schedule in iCrew (NOT MiCrew), click OK, then click on "Display Reserve Call Status Information". On the page that displays, if you see a 6 hour window, starting at your original report time, labeled as "NR" (Not Rest), then you have a recovery obligation. If nothing shows, then you are off the hook.

Remember, you can pick up a 'recovery slip' of at least half the credit of the original trip if you would rather jump on that mini-grenade, and that will fulfill your recovery obligation.

Also, if you use a recovery slip, it does not have to be in the footprint of your initial trip. It doesn’t even have to be on the same days as your initial trip, then once you get recovery, you can’t be rerouted again pre-rotation (double 23k). A lot of us learned these rules during covid IROPS.

Typo. Doesn't. Must be at least half the original credit is another important note

Isn't there some provision for doing it in the next month too? Never get 23K as a RES.

I don't believe it has to be in the same bid period, either.

No it does not, as long as the next bid period is already published.

Yes, mine shows 5.15HOL on the rotation and 5+15 under ADDTL PAY ONLY on the time card.
