OT to Carl, did you do another call spread on the vix? Looks like you missed it by a week. The vix futures are real close to backwardation and a bigger spike should be coming. I got stopped out of SVXY, and am long the 77.5 puts. Alraedy over 100% on those with a stop in.

If I had a buck for every rumor since I got hired, I'd have my retirement back. They are fun to speculate on though. BTW, anything more on the wide body rumor.

IRS travel expense reports

I have had Flightline Data do my Pilot Expense Reports for years. Seems they were sold to Sabre a couple years ago and the customer experience has dropped off considerably. It's middle February and I have not received my expense report yet, when I orderd it in early December last year. Why does it take so long?

Question is, where do you other Delta pilots get Expense Reports for Travel expenses, including meals and incidentals?

Do you have a service which prepares it for you other than Flightline?

24 hr old intel.

Just up the street (short walk) from the Tucson layover hotel is a place called Black Weapons Armory. They have a couple nice 7.62 ARs. Good ones. Built by CMMG. $1800. I was surprised to see them in stock.

Here's the catch ---> no magazines !!! And no idea when they could get any.

5.56 ARs are around but the prices are silly right now.

And 5.56 PMAGs ? --- fugeddaboutit
The shelves were bare and the guy said everything is backordered.

Funny thing is they were doing a booming business selling these "Ban Cans". So people can bury their guns in their backyard when the feds ban or try to confiscate them.
Nothing but a painted piece of PVC pipe with stenciled lettering on them using the familiar "military" font commonly found on ammo cans, etc. They had rifle length and pistol length and various sizes from 4 inch to 10 inch with ordinary screw on plugs in the end.

About $10 worth of pipe going for $100 to $300. And people were buying them.
We are in the wrong business.

Total Liabilities 44,895,000 <-------This is the highest out of all airlines, combined, solo, merged or whatever. DAL liability/debt is like the person living in a $1.5 million dollar house (interest only mortg.) that makes $40k a year. Yet our executive team is praised for it with bonuses and high pay.

I agree with you. Flightline customer service is non-existant. They are slow, rude and very unaccountable. I havent used them for a couple of years. The Prodiem people seem very professional and highly recommended.

The problem with burying is that it fails to hide the weapons from the latest tech that can look through walls, dirt, etc. If it truly comes to that my friend, you will have to make the decision men have had to make for thousands of years.
