Do you think the loads will be/are any better out of Portland? With fewer flights in and out of PDX than SEA, I would think the feed/load for PDX/LHR would be worse....

The EFB recovery video......that was hilarious. I must be getting dumber by the minute. I hope everyone else followed that better than me. After about 15 seconds in I all heard was BLAH BLAH BLAH>>>BLAH BLAH BLAH.. Totally lost.

Ha....I was going to watch it again because I had no clue what had just happened when I finished it. After about 2 seconds of logical thinking, I figured I would be even dumber if I watched it again so I didn't.

Plus you'd be cutting the effective pay rate for that 3 minutes of pay in half!

Ditto,

It was the video version of "fine print" probably put out for legal purposes because it was not really educational. Kind of reminded me of this:

It wasn't you...one of the best examples of "out of touch, needs to beta test with guys who actually fly full time" I can think of.

No kidding! When he said the example flight was from SEA-NRT and then checked the box that he was not in a base listed with loaners available even though SEA was clearly listed I was like, wait.......what?

That video was negative training.

In a vacation month it seems kind of hard if not impossible to green slip as a line holder. I mean, to get anywhere near the GS trigger. Or am I missing something?

You get "fake" credit for vacation for GS purposes.

Vacation counts toward the GS trigger. Changed quite a while ago.
