But enough about the Airbus, 767 and 88, this is a day dedicated to the 737-900. I missed something... what's up with the 737-900? |

TIC, yes. But just going off what the Airbus guys say. :D
FWIW, I fly the airplane with the largest most crooked control wheel in the fleet probably. It's always in a bank turn even when I match the little lines drawn in white out together. But enough about the Airbus, 767 and 88, this is a day dedicated to the 737-900. |

I flew the 737-900 at CAL. I'll take my old Douglas DC-9-88 with an APU and the left pack on the hook over that jet. Yuck!

Would make sense to split it. Plus AS already flies the 900 so we can get all of our manuals from them once we buy em :D

That is some funny stuff Bar. |
The MD90 engines have more thrust than the engines on the 737-900ER - that should tell you something right there.
My wife used to be an ops agent for Alaska Airlines. She was responsible for load planning and weight and balance - she hated the 900. The CG envelope was so narrow at max weights, moving one bag from the front pit to the back pit could move the CG from outside the forward limit to outside the aft limit. Great That was with the original 900 though, hopefully the ER version is better. |
