Great post FTB. I would love to have RA expand on the opportunities he sees with AMR 's filing. There are a lot of possibilities and then reactionary responses to each of those.

Question from a very slow learner : Thanks to some shoulder surgery rehab, I was awarded 4 days PVAC for January.

1) reserve line

2) 16 Res days instead of 18

3) projected credit of 60:40

Lets see if I have this correct:

1) I only reduce R days by 2, for taking 4 vacation days...so 2 of the vacation days actually occur on "off" days

2) I lose 9:20 of pay for taking 2 real vacation days

Say it ain't so, Joe.....ACL, Slow, T, Carl etc.

Everything's right except your pay. It will be 60:40 + 13:00 (4 days vacation x 3:15) for a total pay credit of 73:40. You'll make 3:40 above reserve guarantee. I think this is right. Seems right to me.

I think you're right Hockey. I had a reserve month recently and that's how it worked out. Vacation on top of the guarantee.

Just read on Dnet that the One Great Team passes have a new extended shelf life and are now eligible for upgrade to business/first. The extension I don't have an issue with. However, allowing those with remaining passes the option to upgrade seems a bit unfair to the people who already used theirs and didn't have that choice. I realize the economy only restriction was based on some technology limitation but still.

You can have mine. Too much trouble to use them as a "benefit".

Front End DH

How can I book a front end DH? Tried it through Icrew, but nothing.

Thanks

Go to Travelnet and book "crew travel." Don't bother with Icrew. Give Scheduling a jingle to let them know.

Do they need to put my name in the computer first and do I have to wait until it is past my rotation check in time?
