Sounds a lot like what Trans States did to their pilots before they started Trans States Holdings and GoJet.

It will be a shame if ANY 86 seat flying isn't accomplished with main line pilots, let alone Delta.

It's just a rate in their bankruptcy contract that they are currently negotiating. I wouldn't look too much into it.

Well with the company so desperate to get out of leases on the CRJ 200, and bombardier wanting to sell CRJ 1000, I found it interestign. I sure hope it doesn't mean anything.

If true, I am now confident it would never pass. Thanks to the pressure on our flying from above (JV), in the middle (ALK), and the bottom (DCI) most all pilots are in tune with what is happening, not just junior pilots.

A turd like that will never flush, no matter how hard they try to force it down.

I don't think the 9E pilots will have much say in the matter. It will more than likely be forced upon them by the courts, their new contract that is.

They can't use their hands to text, they are too busy with the underboob handshake signal.

It wont mean anything to us at Delta as we are not going to ratify a TA with a section 1 that would allow such aircraft at DCI

Just left the MEC meeting. They had some slides, etc. Nothing really new except for some of what I perceived to be minor clarifications on the NNP. Tim O was there, I did see Hoser and ACL. Some guys expressed their concerns about the increase in TLV/ALV and reserve pay guarantees. Oh, and they did say that the NNP had caused some increased consternation/had gotten quite a bit of feedback.
