Leave of absence maybe, military leave? I don’t know. But I’ve been here through 2 bankruptcy’s and I’ve not heard of terminated employees allowed to return with previous seniority? If there was such a deal it was done under the table. Furthermore, the company didn’t give 2 $hits who left during the hard times. Not until it got out of control anyways. That’s how the retention bonus was created

No, not leave of absence. It was furlough or leave voluntarily with ability to come back within 7 years with seniority and longevity. It's a rare case but I saw it first hand.

You aren’t making any sense. Stop being so cryptic. Who are you talking about anyway. Because I’m still not aware of any such deals. There are a few who went to Delta via flow or ssp that returned. Maybe you are referring to one of them? The union and the company would have a lot of explaining to do to the ones that did return but started over with seniority

Wrong again. I don't care what you're aware of and I'm tired of explaining it over and over. How much simpler can I explain it for you? Read my posts again and if it's still too difficult or you don't believe me then I don't have any more to add.

I think they were voluntarily furloughs. They have to come back now or they will lose their jobs. It was a win for everyone junior to them

It’s in the JCBA. Just do a key word search.

They had enhanced leave of absence. It was offered to a select few who signed up. Was offered to the entire pilot group in seniority order.

Thanks, the more I thought it I figured it had to be a leave of absence.
