Going to have an interview with Endeavor soon (non-pilot). Anyone have any opinions on the airline generally. I see that 9E has a substantial amount of CR2s, are those sticking around, moving out of the fleet, being replaced with CR9's/CR7's?

Thanks.

Considering in the last year we've gone from 30 to 50 or so CR2's, with the rumors of more coming in 2017, short term they are here to stay. Long term, anyone's guess.

Currently we have 50ish 200's and 80ish 900's.

Delta as a whole is maxed out on "large" RJ's (700/900) due to scope. Current plan is to continue (re)growing the 200 fleet to top out in the 70 aircraft range. That being said there's plenty of uncertainly as to when and from where exactly.

We were very very close to adding 20+ 700's last spring. The DCI carrier who possessed them was able to make a last minute deal.

9E is part of an multi-year plan for DL. Any other information regarding fleet growth is 100% speculation.

Thanks! There are plenty of CR2s in DL colors hanging out in the desert.

[QUOTE=WMUFlyboy1;2237070]Republic does not have us beat... The figure they use is highly deceptive. Including both per diem and medical benefits, as well as using a figure above guarantee.

9E: $10k signing, $20k retention, $30/hr ($27k at guarantee) = $57,000 guaranteed

Is Guaranteed if your starting date is January 1. Otherwise the amount is different.

They're not coming from the desert.

For now DCI airplanes are a game of musical chairs and who #1 can staff them, #2 has leverage with Delta (think control of gates and landing slots where Delta desires them)
