I do too. DH won't show up on the standby list. Working crew would never know about the extra available CRM resources unless they ask the FA in flight, which I think would add to the chaos and panic the FA would have to deal with.

In other news, things have gotten so bad here, the union is unfurling(again). The MEC chair, well known for being a company man, now has a coup attempt against him as the pilots have had enough of the low quality of life.
A little leak from our internal forum:
Pilots have been screaming about abusive QOL for months; the MEC tells Sam to amp up the message and instead Sam goes to a town hall meeting and tells Parker thank you for treating us like people instead of just numbers?

Then 4 of 5 reps quietly ask him to resign and he refuses. Then 2 of the 4 aren't actually willing to vote to recall after the motion gets made.
So, now we have a chairman that ignores direction from the majority; and a majority that won't actually hold him accountable.

He only cares about keeping the flow ponzi scheme alive. Even he knows but will never admit that Envoy cannot flow itself out of business. New suckers need to keep coming through the door so he can leave.
