New Envoy Information

Planes are well maintained, crews are good. Training is great. As someone who attended multiple job fairs, got the United interview once already, and wants to have a career at a legacy I'm very thankful for the flow. I think many don't realize how difficult it is to get hired at mainline.
Get in and get your number and don't delay starting. Has bitten people before.
When you see the amount of people with Lots of TPIC time and thousands and thousands of hours of total time I can't see the Quickie Upgrade guys getting ahead of anyone knowing the amount of guys even at Eagle who have apps at the Majors.

How is the training being non AQP? I understand that only the E-175 is AQP for the initial for the time being. I hear its simplified a little bit more by going through an AQP training program as compared to envoy,

Either way it is a non issue as long as you study. Know the Lims, memory items, and what all all the buttons do on the overhead and various other panels. If you can do that the check should be a non issue.

Its all envoy. Training is same place, same thing basically, just different format for the checkrides and some other small things. You honestly won't know the difference being a new hire. Study and you will be fine, like the thousands that have done it before you.

Or they live there, like several guys in my class. We have a couple new hires and several of the transitioning captains in my class who are in SoFla. They'd love MIA to become reality. So would lots of others who were displaced out of there but still live there. It's nice to have options.
