It's very easy to keep old information stored digitally. One folder with old company info in it. HI6's, bid packs, company emails, union emails. I highly recommend people start keeping that info, it costs very little of your time. It provides you with written words that can provide proof about when and who said what bid lines were actually like, what the union said about a MIA satellite base or what the company or union said about a bankruptcy contract. Very useful. Start now, because I can tell you that these things become virtually impossible to find later when you might need to verify or prove something. For some reason the authors don't keep info around long.

Yet I have friends who came over from mesa who are happy to be at a much better place. You know the mesa who told cdo pilots to sleep in the plane.

I would classify the difference between Envoy and Mesa like this. You are behind enemy lines and have been captured. You are going to get tortured and get to pick between being water boarded or having your fingernails pulled out with pliers.

They both suck and realistically you would never choose either one.

It kinda of frustrating for me to hear that Envoy and its pilots are having so many issues. I'm literally weeks away from applying and I'm starting to have second thoughts about coming to Envoy. This is a serious choice for me and I don't listen to negativity because if I had listened to it in the past I would not be where I am today. I don't care about a flow...I just want to make an honest living and live my life and do the best I can and be the best pilot for any regional / major that I'm blessed to go to. The flow is the last thing on my list.

Hey tall guy. Please do some more research. You'll be on reserve a long time so talk to some reserve pilots at envoy. Not how great it is to someone super senior on the 175. Whole different world.

Don't listen to lakehouse, he's management. Also falls under many other user names. We're not disgruntled. The company is treating us like crap, and we're letting potential new hires know. ****ed, yes. Envoy has great potential, unfortunately under our current leadership (Dic and Pedro) we will fail.

Ok so what can anyone say that is not frustrating?
You want someone to blow smoke up your a$$ just to get you through the doors?

If you don't listen to negativity, then do what you want.

Focus on the positive spin for Envoy, get hired on and figure it out for yourself. No point in wasting time here if you get frustrated by negativity.

If you truly don't care about flow then why in the heck is PSA or Envoy even on your radar? Almost every other regional out there right now has better pay, better QOL, faster upgrade, and overall better job satisfaction. Just the pay alone should be a red flag at this point.

Not really sure what expectations you have from a BBS like this. If I were in your shoes the last thing I would be is frustrated from the negativity. I would say thank you guys for being honest and thanks for helping me not get trapped like many of you are right now.

I was just thinking about my dad telling me about his last engineer interview. He was experienced and in demand. The job offer salary reflected that experience and demand. If it didn't it would have been a huge indication that the company wasn't interested or couldn't afford him. Both red flags.

Do you see any parallels ????
