If their requests are being denied, just how and when ?

Did you read what he posted? And no they won't, envoy is denying everything, and accepting that they will lose grievances. They're just hoping they can get staffing up by then.

That brings me back to my daily question. Who the heck would come to ENVOY? We have become the old Mesa, you come to envoy only if no one else will hire you.

I assume the process is that the PILOT gets to choose a day off for the stripping of a previous day lost, but give the company flexibility by selecting 3 choices. It sounds like the company believes they can just deny all requests if needed and TELL the pilot when THEY will give them the return day, if any in the next month.

The pilot should be able to reasonably choose and know far enough in advance for the return day to be useful.

You assumed wrong. There is no requirement to select three different days. That was even posted on EL awhile ago from a grievance that was settled a couple of years ago over that very issue. Did you read it? You quote everything else on EL, I figured you would have noticed it.

Actually you are wrong Mr. Recruiter. Guy on EL has had 3 different requests shot down.

What DOES Envoy have to offer a new hire? Short upgrades? No. 7-8 year upgrades at present. Flow? Iffy at best. Perhaps, if you want to wait 9 or 10 years, it could work out. Industry leading pay? No. Best contract? Even if it was, the company uses it like toilet paper so why bother? Great QOL? Bottom of the barrel in the regional industry.

There's no requirement to request three different days.

I just go by the rampant unhappiness and dissatisfaction that I read there. Based on that, just what other conclusion should I cone to ?

Several of the hard core salesmen have been absent as of late.

There are still sales guys here but the numbers are less. Could they be getting the message finally that Envoy doesn't live up to its grand promises?

No management person lives by their word at aag, unless you count when they screw you as keeping their word.
