That email also has April '16 hires holding lines on the 175. It's pretty bleak for anyone on the CRJ and 145, but the newbies aren't experiencing the pain of the schedules/staffing situation as much as the more senior pilots are.

Didn't a majority of 175 lines only have 2 days off in between?

So 10 Year Flow to AA
5 Year Upgrade
2 Year Reserve
on the 145 with ORD as newhire ?

Realistic expectations ?

Airplane assignment is unknown.

Those are good expectations but you might be surprised. This industry literally changes massively at the stroke of a pen.

If you time it right. My expectation was 2year upgrade, 5 years to flow, no reserve.. Only the No reserve was correct.. Was 7 year upgrade, 16 years to flow..

In the last two weeks there are 16new hires at Envoy. Source Twitter: envoy air

I been monitoring it and new hire numbers have been steadily increasing for each two week period. From 10 every two weeks to now 16!!

Don't forget to subtract the newhires that are about to leave because the company wont let them transfer bases to where they live. They have emails from Republic and another regional (can't remember the name) stating that they will payoff their contract with envoy. They have to commute anyway, so why not go to the carrier with better work rules, pay and QOL.

I would imagine Envoy would give new hires their base of choice before letting them walk out.

I agree, they should, but so far they aren't.
