Uncompromising adherence to policy is unreasonable, and I believe that the recruiters (desperate as they are for pilots) won't make an issue out of it. I DID NOT SAY TO LIE TO THE RECRUITER. But if you can't find a phone number to call and ask directly, I wouldn't worry about them getting too twisted if someone rounded up 20-hours in order to get them on the phone and ask them whether he needed to fly that 20, or if the sim work would cover it. I honestly don't know what the issue is here.

Reserve life at envoy sucks. Hard line-holder at envoy also sucks. Mostly non-commutable 4-day trips with 11 days off a month. No duty or trip rigs.

Horrible quality of life at envoy right now. I'd seek elsewhere.
