People in his class were on reserve for almost 4 years.

He is talking about stagnation on the CRJ side. I don't even think I have 400 people below me and I have been here almost six years.

Better than any other regional with "flow through" or "preferential interviews". I'm glad I'm here and am going to go ahead and enjoy my 19 days off this month.
No one is defending PSA's vote....No one, anywhere, has said it was the right thing to do. This is about how people(you) say that PSA's contract is terrible and that you've "read it". You may have read it but clearly did not comprehend it. PSA's contract is not nearly as bad as everyone(you) thinks it is.

You never answered my question....I went ahead and quoted it here for reference so you won't have to scroll back.....

Start with "rolled days off" please.
It's funny that I see posts from people at XJT complaining about being an FO on reserve for 2.5 years yet people in your class had lines after 2 months. Maybe they are on the other certificate.

Lastly...How do you know you have "better attrition than any regional with flows or prefs?" Do you have numbers to back your claim?

Ahhh whereever you are has better attrition than CP's 130 pilots leaving in 6 months? On a 460 pilot list? And that's just to Delta...

O and I forgot the same numbers will leave next year to Delta also.

Your beloved 9E has higher attrition percentage wise than Compass. It might be for different reasons than Compass but this year 9E will be close to 1/3 of the list turning over. You asked the question, I know you won't like the answer.

The problem was I didn't ask, I asked where he was specifically. So 600-800 captains are leaving 9E this year? The numbers I am referring to are people leaving that create upgrade possibilities, not people at the bottom giving up hope. CP is upgrading 20 a month until atleast July and has been since November, what has 9E done? Also notice how I said JUST Delta? People are also leaving for UAL, JB etc. If that's true thats fine but provide proof.

Guy....You have 4500 pilots.

PSA is losing about 8 per month, so 16 every 2 months. We have 500 pilots.

Should I do the math for you?

146 pilots at XJT is 3.2% of your pilot group.

16 pilots at PSA is......You guessed it. 3.2%.

This is irrelevant to what I was talking about though.

They just don't get it. 400 pilots under someone on the XJT ERJ is a drop in the bucket percentage wise. 30 airplanes to XJT upgrades some senior FOs. 30 airplanes to smaller regionals like PSA upgrades everybody.

They'll figure it out next year when Compass, Mesa and PSA folks are upgrading with less than 2 years on property. The QOL of 19 days off on $40ish/hr must be amazing!
