Until someone can provide proof that 6 or 7 people had their job offers taken away just days before class, I refuse to belive it. It simply makes no sense and i don't believe that's true. Between rumors, outright lies and the fact people say anything on an anonymous forum. I call BS
Now, more constructively: if you get invited to an interview, you have as good a chance of getting hired as everyone else. If you have any check ride failures or anything else, simply own up to it. Don't hide it and don't make excuses. When they ask about them, they are asking to see how you answer the question. They want to see you be mature and take responsibility. No excuses and no ego... you won't have any problems.
Remember, if they invite you to an interview, they will obviously consider hiring you.

I don't have any confirmation about the six others, that's just what I was told by a classmate. I can only speak about myself for sure.
I'm really not trying to bash Frontier, or scare anyone away. I'm just sharing my own experience. I'm hoping just maybe I can figure out something I can do different/better on my next big interview.

When a job offer is rescinded I think it would be fair to expect them to tell you why? They obviously feel they have a good enough reason. Now if 6-7 others in your group got the same notice, then it's a bit murky. I can't imagine that happening unless there was some major observation made (cooperating during testing as an example).
Remember there are cameras everywhere these days.
For anyone who is interviewing, the key point is to be yourself and be honest about your past. Sometimes, we fret about things that seem like a huge burden, only to find out when we get older that they were not as important at all.
Not everyone has a perfect record. In your career, there will be ups and downs. Someday, you may have a bad day in the simulator, on the line or an examiner who gives you a pink slip. It happens. Disclose it and let the airline make the decision on hiring you. It is much better not to get hired than to be fat dumb and happy in class or on the line and get yanked.

I'd call as well. But we're talking about the same company who leaves crews without hotels after a redeye and flight attendants who are on a CDO because they "forgot".
So frankly, I wouldn't put anything past this management group.

I did call them. I was told that I "Did not meet all the requirements to be a Frontier crew member". She said she could not get any more specific then that.
I took the drug screen about 2 weeks prior to that. I doubt that was the issue.
I've read the PRIA. It all looks good.

Not to add to what i'm sure is an already tough time for Michigan but someone really does need to get to the bottom of this whole saga. Either he lied / tried to cover something up and got burned and is now just trying to take it out on Frontier (NOT saying I think thats what happened) or Frontier is being extremely unprofessional (possibly to a whole group of fellow pilots) and needs to be exposed so that potential applicants such as myself can be informed. But either way I hope this doesnt just get swept under the rug.
