exactly !! The fact that we even have to come to a “agreement “ about how the company has been violating the contract that both parties signed for the last year or so is absolutely disgusting.
Our “wonderful” union leaders obviously felt that this was the best course of action, now it’s on the pilot group to actually decide. But considering how divided we are , I doubt any good comes out of this .

In an arbitration, details matter. Let us never forget how our scope was given away for allowing us to give them a loan until the government bailed them out further. In return for this generosity they’ve violated our contract for more then a year after we voted NO to the piece of trash they presented us.
