Thank you to JB management for highlighting the JCCF contributions to all those in need after the hurricanes.

Yup, that's all you've done...highlight it. It's employees helping out other employees. Thank you for not giving out early profit sharing, you know, when your employees need it the most. I'm sure early profit sharing would have had a negative effect from the Wall Street folks.

Caring.

Happy Holidays.

p.s. To those with better a memory then me, did the December PTO sell-back always feature a maximum 25% cashout? I didn't think so. Might be in-line with my above statements.

It’s been 25% since I’ve been here. It’s also 25% of your PTO after you subtract 2018 vacation.

Correct. Always been 25%.
But it also adds what you will earn.

Welcome to our hell.

The execution here at JetBlue is always a problem. Here are programs that have failed, delayed or were poorly done:

Uniforms.
Wool coat reimbursement.
New shirt production and distribution.

320 Sharklets

Cabin Refresh

On Time Performance program.

CSPP this time around was a disaster.

FSM

Return to work after sick. Accidentally implemented.

Those are a few that come to mind at the moment.

When JetBlue launches an idea, you can be sure it’ll be a mess.

Are you serious with this? What kind of me first rock have you been living under. You have to be absolutely crazy to think that JB management didn't crush it when it came to helping out crew members in need this fall. Even after being embarrassed all summer with them blaming ATC when we didn't have our own house in order, I am extremely proud of what they're doing to help Puerto Rico and the carribean.

And yeah they paid EARLY profit sharing during a couple years during record profits and decided not to after that rough hurricane season and a likely not good winter vacation season coming up in the carribean. Not he end of the world. And December pto sell back has always had that cap.

Wrong size. Twice. Then they failed to send the shipping return label. Still don’t have it. Will be wearing the leather starting this week.
