The last time they reported anything, they said their pass rate was 82% for 2014. They did have one month, In the fall, that it was a 32% failure rate.
Kinda throwing poo at a wall and hoping it sticks doesn't always work
Oh average completion rate for new hires at all regionals in 2011 was 94%.

The vast majority that make it to the checkrides pass, the 82% pass rate takes into account people who leave on their own volition (most hired by LCC's, majors). The training here isnt rocket surgery and I found it a lot easier than my first 121 initial.

The bottom line is that PSAs 18% incompletion rate is 3 times higher than the regional average of 6% from 2012(which is also a nunber of people who did not finish from those who started).
It is easy to conclude that PSA is indeed hiring everything they can get their hands on and hoping as much poo as possible sticks up against the wall. They would likely pass more, but the FAA is on them like a fly on, well poo.

A side note for the unaware: AAG employs a consulting company called FandH solutions. Amongst other things such as union busting, they also have a healthy department dedicated to social media, and it's manipulation and control. Don't think for a second it is not alive and well here. If you read through enough PSA stuff lately, you get very common themes from alleged "new hires".

I can tell you that in my October class of 35, there were three that didn't make it to the checkride. 2 were invited back in 6 months. 1 was on his second trip through Indoc.
If you think that the numbers would be different at any other regional that was tripling the fleet in under 3 years you're kidding yourself. They'd take everyone they though had a reasonable chance to pass and let the examiners figure it out.
Because, bottom line, if you can't get past the examiner, you aren't going anywhere.

The subtle hint here is that the 18% failure rate is largely offset by people who quit half way through training to go to a major airline or your garden variety Jetblue. Doesn't this sound like hogwash? I mean think it through: Someone came to PSA and then quit to go to a major. While I am sure it happens, it has to be statistically insignificant. This seems to be the average PSA propaganda artists main plan on these social media sites: misdirection and hype.
The bottom line is that PSAs 18% incompletion rate is 3 times higher than the regional average of 6% from 2012(which is also a nunber of people who did not finish from those who started).

I could also say that Endeavor had a wash rate of nearly 80% in 2013-14, and these were guys hand picked by Daddy D. It wasn't uncommon for over half the class to not complete training for one reason or another. But here's the sauce. We were only getting classes in single digits. So when 3 out of a class of 4 don't complete training we have a wash of 75%.
Statistics can be manipulated to show whatever you want. Your hatred of a single airline is becoming more entertaining than valuable at this point. You are trying way too hard. You might as well just post up outside of their interview building and hand out flyers.
I know plenty of guys who have left endeavor for PSA and every single one of them says it was the best move they could have made. The hatred thrown at carriers is only visible on these anonymous forums.
Deny all the jumpseaters you want, but karma will catch up to you at some point when you least expect it.

Yeah, but they leave the Envoy threads alone. You can trust everything you read there.

Oh and they DO NOT just focus on PSA threads I agree. However, As you mentioned, they are trying to triple the size of PSA and they need to keep any negative information out of the picture, or at least mediate it, even if it is the truth.
