I have 0 121 time but over 3000 hours total time. Given the backlog in training plus the 1000 required 121 hours, when would I be able to upgrade. I know its an estimate, but I simply would like to see if I'll be behind the wave.

I'm sure every other regional has folks who rock facial pubes. Do you believe that no other regional has people like this? Do you think they all look 6'0, muscular, tailored uniform, and wear their hat?
Is this who you saw?

Or him or her.

There will be minimal increase in the SSP. Even if they do increase it the company will find ways to cry like little girls to mainline about how they cannot lose more CA's. That is the way this company has always operated. As far as LCA, they are begging guys that are CA's to apply. They need 20-30 right now and 50 by this summer. If the company tries to retain LCA's no one will apply for it. Who wants to be stuck here even longer? They are also calling/emailing folks who are eligible to upgrade and asking them to take it. Obviously they cannot force you. Personally you are an idiot to bypass.

1 day of ICAT (ground school). 2 sims (including right seat qual and instructing techniques). 4 legs with a line check airman where the candidate flies from the right seat. 1 leg doing an actual line check on a CA with an FAA inspector observing from the jumpseat.
Usually the hardest thing to schedule is the FAA observation since it is out of the company's control as to when an inspector is available.
