If it was offered, would bother me. Wouldn't fix anything, Just like this wouldn't have. Definitely would have not turned them down. Captains got their bonus in a form of a flow. Flow means nothing to the bottom third of the list.

What about the captains in the bottom third of the list? And who are you to say the flow is good enough for me and I should be happy with it while a bunch of FOs who don't even pay ALPA dues get a bonus? I don't think so. That is not how unions work. I've been on first year FO pay three times in my career and never would I have expected a bonus that wasn't paid out to every fellow union member. Like I said if you don't like it vote with your feet, I certainly have many times before.

We all know what happened and why. The leverage the union thinks there holding will only last until the airline goes steady state which is a moving target.
The fix was temporary because the problem is temporary. The union is just making noise because of jealousy.
They can easily turn up the flow when they reach steady state and give the FO's a retention bonus. I suspect it will be passed all in one package next time.

Well if it's not enough as every one seems to agree why wouldn't they be back? But it's not going to be to offer current pilots any more just new hires. Why would they offer us any thing more when we said no to what they offered and we're not leaving?

Most of the guys from jet airlines have excellent resumes and are aggressive individuals who will likely beat many of the more senior PSA captains to mainline.

Uh well your making captain wages, your and logging TPIC time. If your at the bottom and complain this much your likely a reject pilot from some crap turboprop operation.
