I'll say no every time until we get back on par like we were 2 years ago. Nothing else will be effective and will allow them to continue in their blindness. The "dumb pilots" told the company this would happen and all they've done is half measures and empty future promises.

Holding a grudge is letting someone live rent free in your head.

I suggest you find a way to move on from it before it consumes your life.
Trust me I'm doing just fine It's nice to see PSA get a little taste of its own medicine, that's all. We all knew the honeymoon over there wouldn't last forever, but even im surprised (and happy I might add) at how quickly it ended.

If Envoy has proven anything in the last several years, its that's there's danger in telling AAG no.

You and I both know that 10K to FOs wasn't going to turn the tide and they were going to have to come back. Why turn down free money in the meantime?

20K to FOs and flow 10+ a month and this place staffs itself for a long time, maybe until they put the 76 seat aircraft at mainline.

20k a year, not total, to everyone might help. 10+ a month, when they only hire 10 months a year, it's still a 12 year flow for a new hire. Not good enough. Honor CCP, fix our pay system, etc first, then maybe we'll talk about the changes they need to keep this place viable.

CCP does need to be fixed or renegotiated, that's true.

Flow is going to have to be metered until they get this place to the right size, but until then it needs to be 10+. Beyond that, I think 1% of all active pilots sounds like a really good number.

Lastly, no amount of retention bonus is going to retain a Capt if another Legacy, or FDX, UPS, SWA, calls, if that's where they want to go. Likewise, as an industry we've been *****ing about FO pay for a very long time, but when the first offer comes along to raise FO pay the Captains ***** about not getting theirs. I realize that ****es off the lifer CAs, but in my opinion their logic is faulty if they think PSA is going to be around beyond 5 years.
