I'm just picking up more time at my other job and enjoying relaxing. I don't care if it takes me an extra year to upgrade because in all honesty, it isn't that bad here. Just because OMG! you won't be upgrading in exactly 18 months doesn't mean this place is a flaming dumpster fire. And where else would I go to? PSA and CLT are by far the best option for my family and I. The same reasons I came here in the first place still stand today. I'm already almost a year and a half in... I'm not jumping ship to go back to the bottom at another regional. If I max out my FO pay and the upgrade isn't right around the corner then I will reevaluate. And by that time I expect every single LCC and certainly every major and legacy scrambling for pilots.
LCC maybe, legacies won't be scrambling for pilots in 2.5/3 years. More like, maybe in 10/15.

Yeah do not jump ship, at the end usually is pointless and wasting time.

If you have been here a year or almost a year I wouldn't go anywhere. Literally almost every single pilot I talk to says that they think it's best to stay put and not try and regional hop at the moment.

Show me in the contract where it is illegal to sit HRV in another base. I have asked multiple union reps and every one has said it is legal. But I want to have someone prove otherwise.

Can anyone confirm how many new hires started on Monday? I heard it was 10 but it looks like 13 in the picture.

Just remember this. The pilots have to follow the contract. The company does not. It has always been that way. Nothing happens when the company goes against contract, but when a pilot does, you can be certain you will get a call from the CP.

Don't worry the monthly social media policy reminder was just emailed out. I'm sure no other pilot here will post another picture embarrassing the entire group again.

There are 10 in class. And not confirmed but apparently 12 for the next class and 14 for the one after.

This month anyway. After Butkovic, the guy that likes slamming planes onto the runway, the blue steel freakshow, and now this......I'm going to say there will be more displays of epic immature proportions.

Ton of Jr Man calls going out... I've had 3 calls in 2 days. Seems like they may be starting to feel the pinch a little bit. I'm sure this summer is going to be fun.
