Here is how I see it, feel free to comment.
1) Parker only wants cheapest way.
2) Parker dupes PSA into low pay contract.
3) Parker makes decent investment in new CR9's.
4) PSA ultimately can't attract pilots because of low pay.
Part two: Considering the above facts. How does Doug wreep more cost benefits by moving the aircraft to another more expensive contract carrier, or mainline, rather than increasing PSA FO compensation to an attractive level?

According to PSA President, Dion Flannery, PSA "gets about 150 to 200 applications a month, and hired 450 pilots last year".
Here's the article"
American's PSA Airlines Figures Out How to Grow in a Brutal Business - Pg.2 - TheStreet
According to Mr. Flannery, (and who wouldn't believe THIS guy?), PSA is having no trouble attracting pilots. So why all this talk about sending 700s back to Envoy? Why pay f/o's a retention bonus? Why not increase the flow and get rid of your most senior/expensive pilots?
You "hired 450 pilots last year" and only flowed 48!!!! Why is the seniority list shrinking?!?!?!?!?
Dion's words just don't seem to mesh with reality.

It's funny how Dion is basically telling pilots to forget about the first few years of pay, and look to the future for when you can make some money!
Yes, please come waste five to ten years at PSA so Dougie and crew can get rich of your backs! They might have a higher paying position for you when their done with you, or they might not.
