Should there have been more than 10 options for Round 2 though?

Sorry for such basic questions but there has been zero formal training or instruction on how to use FLICA and/or bid for schedules.
That number, +/- one, has been consistent in DAY for several months now. The CA's side has similar numbers.

Default Laughable Flow

All Pilots:

American Airlines has advised us they are planning a July 26, 2016 (Date is subject to change) class. Due to our staffing and operational needs for the summer months, pursuant to the terms of LOA # 5 of the CBA, PSA is reducing the number of pilots that will flow from five to two for this class.

This was already known. The real question is, is it going to happen in the months past August???

This has been reiterated over and over. If they hold guys back in the summer (which they are) then they make it up by year's end. It's a yearly total, not a monthly total. They did it the same way with the SSP. So more than 5 will go in the last few months of the year.

What day are they negotiating with the company for future flow numbers?

Good question. Sometime this month is all I've heard.

Does it matter what day? No way the flow is going to increase with the lack of new hires.
