Should there have been more than 10 options for Round 2 though?
Sorry for such basic questions but there has been zero formal training or instruction on how to use FLICA and/or bid for schedules.

Good news is that you can probably hold a line in a few months in Dayton if you stay there. It will take over a year to hold a line in CLT.

Maybe, but at this point I don't think money is really the answer. People were beating down the doors for a year and a half and we were paying peanuts. Why? Growth and movement. People can stomach low pay for a year or so if their is the promise of quickly holding a good line, in the base you want, with the ability to trade trips, upgrade in a decent time, and build PIC time. Management kicked their own golden goose when they stopped FO hiring temporarily to get in a few street captains. That stopped the momentum and scared new hires away. It will be very difficult to get the ball rolling again, but it can happen. Money will play a part but I don't believe money alone is what people are looking for.

Anyone know what happened this month June in CLT Fo side round one had reduction of 15 lines ? Seems like those lines moved over to CVG, and cvg guys are covering a lot of CLT stuff. I'm thinking it had to do with critical pay, and them wanting more reserve fos in CLT to handle coverage so the blend days won't go critical again just my .02 cents. Any ideas?

The CRJs will leave so far starting at beginning of 2018. The 30 E-145 that are between TSA and Xjet will come back. Meanwhile we will send about 17 more E-145 to PDT, that will be only 10 more planes at the end.
The staffing is there, the vacation buyback is for CAs only, because they ran the vacancy bid in March, instead that in January. The E175 FOs being withhold is because they are the Sr FOs and until the NHs in training are done with it they can't let those guys move around. The CRJ and E-145 FOs that are upgrading are not being withheld.

Maintaining current size and no more growth is good. The sooner we stop growing, the quicker we can get to a flow equal to Piedmont's one a month for every 125 pilots on the seniority list.
